Platform modules

Seven services. One trust fabric.

Each module runs independently and speaks the same secure event bus — so you can adopt one capability today and the full platform tomorrow.

ALL 7 SERVICES PRODUCTION READY
01 / Core

Auth & IAM

Risk-based identity for every user and service — backed by a role hierarchy, device fingerprinting, and auto-lockout on anomalous login attempts.

  • Email · OTP · SSO · MFA
  • 30+ granular permissions
  • Risk-based step-up auth
  • Auto-rotating session tokens
02 / Onboard

Smart Onboarding

Template-driven product journeys — from pre-fill to signed. Configure once per product; run for every customer.

  • DigiLocker · pluggable eKYC
  • Email · SMS · WhatsApp alerts
  • Any-depth configurable gates
  • AES-256 encrypted PII
Invite → eKYC → Approval gates → Signed
03

Admin Governance

Governance over 8 master data types — maker/checker approvals with SLA-based auto-escalation, rule-driven multi-level approval routing, one-click rollback, delegation, concurrence sign-offs, and a platform-wide immutable audit trail.

04 / AI

Knowledge Engine

Ingest PDF, DOCX, Markdown and regulatory circulars; query via any OpenAI-compatible LLM — with semantic chunking, chunk attribution, and per-tenant collection isolation.

05 / Signal

Trust Scoring

11-signal pipeline — IP fraud, email quality, phone validity, identity coherence, and behaviour blend — with A/B model routing, weekly calibration, and feature-level explainability on every score.

06 / Behaviour

Behaviour Analytics

Four-dimension R·F·I·D scoring — Recency, Frequency, Importance, Duration — builds a 90-day behavioural fingerprint, refined by a fuzzy rule engine and blended into every trust decision.

  • Real-time event pipeline
  • Fuzzy rule engine
  • Blended trust signal
  • Instant score serving
07 / Telemetry

Interaction Telemetry

PII-free browser interaction telemetry captured via a lightweight TypeScript SDK — batched at the edge, structurally validated, and fed into the behaviour scoring pipeline.

Browser SDK → PII guard → Event stream → Behaviour
Why BEAT

Built for the way Indian finance actually works.

01 — Compliance

Built for regulated finance

Consent artifacts, per-tenant retention controls, PII encryption at rest, and an immutable audit trail — all designed with Indian financial regulation in mind. Formal compliance audits are on the roadmap. See our DPDP capabilities →

Consent management Immutable audit trail Per-tenant data isolation Rollback with 4-hr SLA
02 — Architecture

Multi-tenant by design

Every service is tenant-aware down to the database row. Onboard a new entity, a subsidiary, or a co-lending partner without copy-pasting infrastructure.

TENANT·B
TENANT·C
03 — Infrastructure

Pluggable infrastructure

Swap the engine, keep the platform. Every dependency is abstracted behind a stable contract, so your stack adapts as your regulators, vendors and scale shift.

DPDP compliance

Consent and data rights, ready for DPDP.

BEAT turns the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules into working software: capture consent properly, prove it later, and give every customer a clear way to exercise their rights — without building it yourself.

The date that matters
14 May 2027

The substantive obligations of the DPDP Rules 2025 come into force: notice and consent, security, breach notification, erasure and data principal rights.

Granular, governed consent

Capture a separate consent for each purpose — never bundled. Notice text is maker/checker-approved and translatable, then embedded in any journey with a drop-in consent widget.

Tamper-evident consent log

Every grant, denial and withdrawal is written to an append-only, hash-chained record — evidence you can show a regulator. Consent given before sign-up is staged safely and linked once identity exists.

A portal for your customers

A white-label privacy portal in your brand: view and withdraw consents, raise access, correction, erasure or nominee requests, file grievances, download a data bundle and read breach notices.

Deadlines that enforce themselves

Rights requests and grievances carry a 90-day clock with automatic warning and overdue alerts to your compliance officers, so nothing quietly slips past its SLA.

Breach and risk workflows

Run the breach process step by step through board intimation within 72 hours, and keep a DPIA risk register for every new project that touches personal data.

Erasure and export across services

One request fans out to every service holding the customer’s data. Legal retention holds, such as KYC, are respected and recorded as evidence. Access requests produce a single downloadable bundle.

How it works

From dark deploy to live in four steps.

  1. 01
    Step one

    Provision your tenant

Spin up a fully isolated tenant — its own DB, roles, and policy config — in under an hour.

  2. 02
    Step two

    Define your journeys

Configure onboarding templates, approval workflow stages, gate conditions, trust scoring weights, and notification templates — all as data, no code changes.

  3. 03
    Step three

    Onboard customers

Customers complete eKYC-verified journeys; approvers action through the staged workflow; trust scores are computed at submission.

  4. 04
    Step four

    Govern & improve

Every decision writes to an immutable audit log. Behaviour signals refine trust scores. Calibration runs weekly — the platform gets more accurate over time.

Built for scale

1 Platform.
7 Services.
Infinite Tenants.

BEAT is composed of independently-deployable microservices that share a single event backbone and a pluggable observability plane. Every adapter — database, cache, event bus, storage, vector DB, LLM — is swappable at config time, not deploy time. Scale any service horizontally, isolate tenants all the way to the storage layer, and swap infrastructure as your regulators or vendors change.
